Our Values and Corporate Culture
We’re a CA Social Purpose Corporation, which means that in addition to generating profit for our shareholders, our special purpose is to:
1) to add value to clothing and textile waste and to design waste out of our business model,
2) to keep products and materials in use to reduce consumption of earth’s natural resources,
3) to work with partners and adopt technologies that regenerate natural ecosystems and promote social equality.
As a team, we value innovation and efficiency, quality of life and work/life balance, enjoyment and camaraderie in our work, and equity/transparency in all aspects of the business. We’re scrappy, we’re not afraid to hustle, and we constantly question the status quo. We celebrate our wins and we discuss and learn from our failures. We support each other and understand that if we’re going to go far, we’ve got to do it together!

We value and thrive in diversity and we believe that the rising tides should raise all boats. We don't practice "business as usual" and define success as ALL team members being able to enjoy the wealth and fruits of their talents and labors.
